Anna Grant

Anna became a registered massage therapist in 1996 after graduating from Kine Concept Institute and worked in a multidisciplinary clinic until 2000. She then opened an independent practice and continued to work on her own until January 2017 when she joined the Empowerment team. She is fortunate to serve a diverse clientele and treats a wide variety of diseases, syndromes and conditions.

Her training and experience includes Traditional Therapeutic Massage, Acupuncture, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage and CranioSacral Therapy as well as body-mind connection therapies including Facilitating Inner Peace/ Transformation Through Bodywork.

Practical experience treating clients with cancer sparked a desire to learn more about massage for those who are critically ill. In the Fall of 2006, Anna completed formal training in the application of massage therapy for those living with cancer.

On top of being an RMT, Anna is also an alumnus of St Thomas University, graduating in 1987 and is well known around the clinic for her kind nature and love of chocolate!
