Before you visit, please fill out the health history form provided with your first online booking.

If booking over the phone, we will either email you or give you a copy of the health history form upon arrival. Please come a few minutes early if you are filling the form out at the clinic.

Once you’ve arrived, let the receptionist know you have made it and relax in our waiting room until your therapist greets you!

Prices listed on the website do not include HST.

Yes you can! Contact your provider to learn about what coverage is available through your policy. For more insurance related questions, refer to the insurance FAQ’s linked below.

We have parking behind the house and the entrance is found on the left side of the house. If the lot is full, free parking for up to two hours is available on on Northumberland St. across from the clinic.

**Please do not park next door at the Restorative Health Clinic. We love our neighbours and do not want to take up their private parking spots!

We have gift certificates available for purchase at our front desk. Our receptionists will gladly assist you with gift certificates upon arrival!

We accept cash, debit, most credit cards, gift certificates from EMC and cheques!
