Colleen is starting the next chapter of her life at Empowerment Massage in 2022, however, she's not new to the business of massage.  She graduated from Kiné-Concept Institute in 2002 and carries a wealth of experience having worked at Northside Physiotherapy Clinic for over 19 years.  She comes to Empowerment Massage with years of experience with MVA clients, and treatment of dozens of soft tissue conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to Concussions, Sciatica and Plantar Fasciitis.  Colleen has worked with all age groups between the ages of 6 and  93.

She uses Traditional Therapeutic Massage and Swedish Massage techniques however she's also learned techniques for TMJ, cupping, Table Thai Yoga Massage and taping.  Colleen continually works with her clients to help further their individual recovery needs.

She enjoys helping out with the ESA Castors Football Team and has two teenagers and a grandson that keep her busy outside of work.
