Sherri Chenard
RMT, ART
Sherri had the health and physical fitness of others become a priority to her after her mother lost her mobility at the young age of 57. It made her understand that there were no guarantees with healthy living and that loss of control over one’s body can be devastating. Sherri decided she wanted to help others mitigate that risk as much as possible and celebrate the gift of movement with them as well.
Sherri has been in the health and fitness industry since 2007 as a personal trainer. She saw while many health issues can be reduced through balanced eating and exercise, there was even more that could be done through the work of massage. She had this realization while receiving her first massage whilst navigating the grief of the losing her mother in 2017. It was at this point that she realized she wanted to become an RMT. However, with the popularity of her existing business at the time, she decided to wait. In 2020, many things changed and Sherri felt it was the right time to go to school. She graduated in June of 2022 and completed A.R.T. training in July f 2022. She is joined the Empowerment team in October of 2022 and is so excited to work at the clinic and provide clients with increased mobility, strength and quality of life.
