John Russell

John graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2020 and we have had the pleasure of adding him to our team at Empowerment. He wanted to become an RMT so he could combine manual therapy skills with a love for science and desire to help people.

 He mostly enjoys myofascial and craniosacral techniques, but can adapt by using many other modalities to help with his clients’ needs. If deep pressure is preferred, he is more than happy to provide that as well!

When John is not working, he participates in martial arts and archery. He also plays the guitar and enjoys listening to and creating music.
